Rental Details

**Minimum Purchase to deliver is $150 if event location is within 25 Miles of 30253. We do not deliver if total is less than $150. No additional Delivery Fees unless purchase order is over $300.

**Payment can be made online in full with a rental agreement that will be sent via email once order is complete.

**Party rentals can be reserved with a date with a 50% deposit which is required at time of booking by phone. We will send a invoice via text/email. A rental agreement will be sent via email. Please complete order form to be invoiced. Remaining balance is due on day of event prior to set-up.

There is a minimum delivery fee of $75 within 25 mile of McDonough (30253) for rental totals of $300 or more. There will be a $.75 per mile charge after the 25 mile limit up to 100 miles(this could increase based on gas prices)

Delivery fees include a four-hour window of time in which to deliver and pick up during our normal business hours(8AM-5PM ). If we must arrive at a specific time, a $50 surcharge will be added to the delivery fee. If we must arrive within a one-hour(if feasible) window of time, a $75 surcharge will be added to the delivery fee, and for a two-hour window of time(if feasible), a $50 surcharge is added. Additionally, an extended-day surcharge of $100 will be applied for orders that require our crew to come in earlier than or stay later than normal business hours.

For same-day deliveries (the order is placed on the day of the requested delivery- if feasible), the delivery price will be doubled. Please note that it is not mandatory for the customer to be present for delivery as long as our crew has access to a secure area that is protected from possible inclement weather.

Required night pick-ups prior to 11 p.m. are also $50 or 10% of the rental total, whichever is greater. Required pick-ups taking place after 11 p.m. will be charged $75 or 10% of the rental total, whichever is greater. After-hours pick-up fees are in addition to the standard delivery fee.

Lastly, all deposits and fees are non-refundable. If any unforeseen circumstances arise and delivery is canceled by customer, credit can be applied for another date within 90 days. If Event Rentals Simplified is unable to deliver any rental equipment as agreed in contract. All monies will be refunded within 24-48 hours.
